Part-time, 21hrs per week, 0.6 WTE, permanent and pensionable

Job Ref: SVHF/03/2024

The successful candidate will work as part of this specialist multidisciplinary team in adult/older persons psychiatry. They will provide social work services to service users and their families and encompasses individual work, along with liaison with community services.
